As a second-generation American Salvadoran, I’ve always been inspired by my roots and the rich culinary traditions of my heritage. My name is Ronnee Diaz and for the past 7 years, I’ve worked alongside my parents at our family’s restaurant Thelma’s cafe, which has been a beloved local business for 18 years. Drawing from this experience, I’m launching my own pupusas business from the same kitchen space that has been a cornerstone of our family’s journey.

This business operates strictly for PICKUP and DELIVERY only (for now), ensuring convenience without compromising on quality as it blends cherished family recipes with a passion for creating something unique. We source some of our ingredients directly from El Salvador to keep it authentic while keeping costs competitive.
